Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. was formed in 1998 by David J. Bard, President and Licensed Broker.  David studied business administration at Florida State and the University of Alabama and has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.  David’s expertise includes retail, office, industrial, and shopping center developments as well as site work, land acquisitions, and development.  David works with many national, regional, and local clients representing both Tenants and Landlords.
